
Ingredients:
cornflour - 4 oz.
flour - 1 oz.
castor sugar - 2 oz.
butter - 2 oz.
baking powder - 1 tspful
egg - 1
Little milk
Preparations:
* Cream the butter and sugar, and add the egg beaten with a little milk.
* Then add the sieved cornflour, flour and baking powder.
* Put into a prepared cake tin and bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour.
